When can I see the school?
All interested eighth grade students are welcome to spend a day at Holy Trinity for a Tiger Day with our Shadow Day Program. Tiger Days are offered throughout the school year. Registration for Tiger Days begins in early August and can be completed online or by phone. Call Ms. Samara Galvan at (773) 278-4212 to set up a Tiger Day or with any questions. Students should get permission from their grade schools.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Holy Trinity's Open Houses in the fall. Next year's open house schedule will be published in the summer of 2016. Prospective families are always welcome to join us for athletic games and other school events, which can be found on our School Calendar.
How do I apply?
All interested eighth grade students must take our entrance exam. Students may only take one Catholic High School entrance exam. There is no registration or application required in advance of the entrance exam. In addition to the entrance exam, students must complete an application form. Students can prepare to complete the application by having scanned copies of 7th/8th grade report cards and standardized test scores ready for submission.
Students interested in transferring to Holy Trinity do not need to take an entrance exam. For more information on transferring to HT, click here.
How can I prepare for the entrance exam?
The best preparation is working hard and keeping up in grade school. Students should get a good night's sleep before the test and eat breakfast. Students must bring #2 pencils and $25 test fee. Petersons, Barrons and Princeton Review all publish study guides for the HSPT. Local bookstores and public libraries carry them. There is NO registration prior to the test.
What entrance exam does Holy Trinity offer?
Holy Trinity offers the STS High School Placement Test (HSPT).
When are notification letters mailed?
Notification letters (acceptance, non-acceptance, waitlist) for those who tested during the first exam date will be mailed by Monday, February 15, 2016.
Do I have to be Catholic to attend Holy Trinity?
No. We have a large population of students who are not Catholic and consider ourselves an ecumenical community. You will be required to take four years of theology and attend all school Masses, but you will not be required to become a Catholic.
What is the tuition at Holy Trinity?

Does HT offer scholarships?

How can I get into honors classes my freshman year?

What time does the school day start and end?
The school day begins at 8 a.m. and concludes at 2:56 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and 2:51 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.
