Library Policies

 Borrowing Policy:

•  Item Limit:

                    - Books: 10

                    - DVDs/VHS: 5

• Loan Period: 3 weeks

• Overdue Fine (per item): 25 cents/week (5 cents/day)

• Maximum Overdue Fine (per item): Replacement cost of the item(s) will be assessed after failure to pay fines.

            - Failure to pay late fee(s) will result in suspension of privilege to check out materials in the school library, and will be noted on student's HT financial account until paid.

Renewal Policy:

• Students must speak with librarian to renew library materials.

• Items may be renewed a maximum of 3 times, as long as no one else has requested the item.

• Materials may not be renewed if student has any overdue books/owes any late fees.

Returning Items:

• To return an item, drop off to librarian during library hours.

• If a late fee is owed, either bring fee to the librarian or the business office.
