Junior Class

As You Practice...

Junior year is an important time.  As such, it should be taken seriously.  The tasks before you in your junior year set the tone for what you will do as a senior and what you will do after high school.  You are also an upper classman.  The younger students will be looking up to you as role models, and they will follow your lead.

Your responsibility is great, but as a Holy Trinity student, you are well prepared to meet the challenges which will include:

- Practice ACT

- ACT

- Beginning to make college and career decisions

- Providing a good example to younger students

- Connecting your past experiences in life and in school into a story that will propel you into your future

- Taking charge, searching yourself, and making life decisions

...So Shall You Play

If you take this year seriously and meet its challenges responsibly, you will be ready to "play."  That is to say you will be ready to be a poised, mature class of seniors, and you will have a firm basis from which to grow into adulthood.  Your heart and mind will be nourished enough to bring you confidence.

Counseling Center

The Counselors in the Counseling center are here to help you through the year.  Your cousnelor will serve as your conductor and will provide information and guidance about every task and/or challenge you will encounter as a junior.  The Junior Class counselor is Mr. Baisden, and he may be reached via phone (773-278-4212 ext. 3034) or email: bbaisden@holytrinity-hs.org.

You may see your counselor before or after school or during homeroom (see Mr. Baisden for a pass to the Counseling Center during homeroom).
