HT Kicks Off 2010 Friends for a Future Corporate Internship Program

Holy Trinity kicked off the 15th summer of its Friends for a Future corporate internship program in a ceremony at the school on June 10. Students welcomed their employers and mentors to celebrate the start of their internships.

Friends for a Future provides Holy Trinity juniors and seniors with insight into and understanding of business and career opportunities through firsthand exposure to a professional work environment. Our 2010 interns are graduates of Holy Trinity's Corporate Experience class. They have been hired competitively based on academic achievement, commitment to career development, faculty recommendations, and leadership skills.

Friends for a Future welcomes the following companies to the program this year: Akers Packaging Services Group, Association Forum of Chicagoland, Financial Controllers, Howard Brown Medical Center, Holy Trinity High School, J.P. Morgan Chase, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, Lápiz, Merrill Lynch, Office of Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of Chicago, Wells Fargo U.S. Corporate Banking, Wildman Harrold, and Winston & Strawn LLC. A total of 16 Holy Trinity students have successfully found internships this summer.
