College Financial Aid

Documents needed to complete the 2010-11 FAFSA application:
• Social Security number
• Driver's license (if any)
• Your 2009 federal tax returns, or 2008 federal tax returns if 2009 are incomplete
• W2 forms from all employers where parents and/or student worked in 2009
• 2009 untaxed income records (Social Security, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, child support, veteran or welfare benefits records)
• 2009 bank statements
• 2009 business and investment mortgage information, business and farm records, and stock, bond, and other investment records
• Alien registration (if not a U.S. citizen)
