Cook/Kitchen Aide

Holy Trinity High School's Lunch Program is accepting applications for a cook/kitchen aide to start immediately.  Hours are from Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. Position follows HT school calendar. Temporary position through the end of May. Part Time. No benefits. Applicant must complete background check, fingerprints, and must attend one training day on Protecting God’s Children before working.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Coordination of menu planning & preparation for breakfast & lunch.
Responsible of inventory and ordering process outlined by production sheets and menus.
Supervise, prepare and serve nutritious meals as guided by menus and USDA regulations.
Maintain established standards of sanitation, safety and food preparations.
Serve as a cashier and report on daily operations to Business Manager

Minimum requirements:

High School Diploma.
Two years of experience cooking in a high volume kitchen or culinary school graduate.
Sanitation Certificate Required.
Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus.
