All School Service Day
All of us who are familiar with the teachings and beliefs of the Brothers of Holy Cross understand the importance of service to others. As we celebrate our school's Centennial, we feel that it is important to join together as a community and demonstrate our commitment to service.
We are excited to announce that the HT family will participate in an All School Service Day on Friday, May 14, performing community service for our school and our city. Here are just a few of the many locations where HT students, faculty, staff, and friends will be working on All School Service Day:
| Chicago Food Depository | Mother and Child Food and Nutrition Program |
| Children's Reading Room | St. Helen School |
| Bishop Edwin M. Conway Residence for Seniors | St. Stanislaus School |
| Jadonal E. Ford Center for Independent Living | St. Stanislaus Kostka Soup Kitchen |
| Matthew Manor for Seniors | Smith Park (Chicago Park District) |
All School Service Day will begin at 8 a.m. and conclude by 2 p.m. The entire HT community will participate.
Please wear your Centennial shirts or regular HT uniform attire. You may wear jeans, but no shorts, and gym shoes, but no flip flops. Students, if you have not done so already, please return your permission slips as soon as possible.
