Academics

Holy Trinity offers a rigorous college preparatory curriculum that encourages independence, creativity, and curiosity. Students are actively engaged in their own learning through reading, discussing, writing, and participating in group activities. Our school is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Holy Trinity typically enrolls about 400 students each year. Our school measures success in many ways, but we are especially proud of the rate of graduates accepted into college or university programs: 100%.
Please feel free to navigate through our pages for more information on academic departments, as well as our College Counseling, Campus Ministry and Resource Learning Center programs. If you are a prospective Holy Trinity student, please contact the Admissions office any time to learn how you can join the family.
Holy Trinity runs on a block scheduling system. In the block plan, the school day is divided into four instructional blocks of about 80 minutes each. Students have the opportunity to earn eight academic credits in one year and will be able to take more electives during a four-year course of studies. Block scheduling is designed to enhance student learning and achievement. Fewer daily classes allow for greater focus on material during class and opportunities for more student-centered and hands-on learning. Teacher interactions with students are closer due to extended class periods. Also, students are introduced to college style scheduling.
