Merit-Based Holy Trinity Scholarships

Audrey C. Raitt Scholarship – 90% of tuition & books

The Audrey C. Raitt Scholarship rewards students who are working hard in school and earning exceptional grades. The scholarship sets the tone for high achievement and the pursuit of academic excellence by funding 90 percent of tuition and book costs. Incoming freshmen who score at or above the 90th percentile on our entrance exam are eligible for the scholarship. To keep this scholarship, students maintain at least a 3.75 GPA.

Hosinski Scholarship - $4,000

The Hosinski Scholarship honors the founder of Holy Trinity High School and its first principal who served students for 25 years, Brother Peter Hosinski, CSC. Incoming freshmen who score between the 85th and 89th percentiles on our entrance exam are eligible for the scholarship. To keep this scholarship, students maintain at least a 3.5 GPA.


External Scholarships

Many Holy Trinity students receive support from external scholarship organizations. The following is a list of partnering scholarship organizations. We encourage you to explore these opportunities!

The Partnership to Educate and Advance Kids: PEAK provides full scholarships for at-risk Chicago youth to attend Holy Trinity High School for four years and mentoring services to help teach them responsibility and social and leadership skills.

Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund: DMSF provides four-year high school scholarships and educational support to economically disadvantaged 8th-grade students who demonstrate outstanding academic potential, leadership skills and strong character.

HFS Chicago Scholars: HFS Chicago Scholars assists economically disadvantaged inner-city high school students who show academic and leadership promise achieve their educational goals by providing financial assistance and mentoring.
Deadline: November 2017
LINK Unlimited: LINK Unlimited connects economically disadvantaged African American high school students with mentors, resources, and foundational skills required for success as they advance into, through, and beyond college.
Deadline: November 2017
HighSight: HighSight provides scholarships, tutoring, mentoring, leadership development and college readiness programs to enable its students to attend and succeed at the private high school of their choice.
