Brandie ’17 shares her experiences with the life-changing College Visit Program here at Holy Trinity.

My name is Brandie Smith, and I am a senior here at Holy Trinity. I am currently the secretary for the National Honors Society and Student Government Association. In addition, I am an editor and photographer in our school’s Yearbook Committee. Over the past four years, I have encountered some amazing opportunities at this school. Last summer I was able to visit Boston through the College Visit Program, which allowed me and several other students to view different universities in the Boston area such as Boston University, Boston College, Stonehill College, Tufts University, and Harvard University. Out of the five colleges, I applied and was admitted to Boston University and Stonehill College. During the spring of my senior year, the same program allowed me to travel to Ohio to visit The Ohio State University where I plan to attend this fall on the fully funded Chick Evans Scholarship. I will double major in marketing and sports industry. Holy Trinity is the perfect institution to be exposed to different environments while having fun and keeping academics at the focus of a student’s life. I am glad to attend such place and hope everyone loves it just as much as I do.
