TRANSFER
ADMISSIONS
Students wishing to
transfer to Holy Trinity High School must submit the following
information:
1. A complete transcript of all high school credits earned,
including summer school credits.
2. A completed
discipline/attendance form provided by Holy Trinity High School and
completed by a representative of the student's former school.
3. A copy of the
most recently received report card if application is made during the
school year.
4. A completed
application form provided by Holy Trinity High School.
5. A copy of the
student's birth certificate.
6. The student's
Social Security Number.
Admission is determined
after evaluation of the above items. The student and the
parent/guardians will be contacted to schedule an interview with the
Dean of Students and an academic counselor.
