Friends for a Future
M
entoring Program

In addition to the wages and training, each intern is also assigned a mentor to help with  individual challenges that are inherent with starting a new job.  We encourage frequent contact with mentors and have created summer lunchtime events to facilitate discussions about the internships.

Corporate Mentor Program:
Each intern will have a mentor from the business community. Corporate mentors will have at least 4 to 5 years of experience and will regularly consult with their intern during the summer.  In addition, mentors will consult with the employers periodically to assess the progress of the intern.  Employers are requested, but not required, to provide mentors for the program.  Mentors should not be in the intern's reporting chain if at the same company.

Summer Events:  Employers, along with the interns and their mentors, are requested to participate in two general receptions during the summer, at least one of which will be held at Holy Trinity.
