Friends for a Future
Compensation

Compensation
* A fair wage for the position (typically $8 to $12 per hour, not less than minimum wage).

* A minimum contribution of $1,000 made directly to Holy Trinity.  At least 80% of such contribution will go to a pooled scholarship fund to be shared equally by all interns for their senior year tuition.  The balance will be utilized to defray program expenses.  Employers will be encouraged to contribute a greater amount if, in their view, they have had a positive experience during the summer (100% of additional amounts will be contributed to the scholarship fund).  Contributions above the minimum will be in addition to, not in lieu of, any financial aid for which the intern might qualify.

Evaluation

Employers are requested to provide regular, ongoing feedback during the summer as they would with any employee.  A formal (written) evaluation, to be discussed with the intern, will be due at the end of the internship.
